MEET ALISDAIR, YOUR DRUM TEACHER!

Hi! I'm Alisdair, the drum teacher at Colmers High School. With a track record of 100% pass rate, I'm all about helping my students not only succeed but truly enjoy their drumming journey. I'm really passionate about the benefits of drumming for kids too. Drumming isn't just about making noise; it's actually super beneficial for our kiddos and grumpy teenagers. Studies have shown, It can boost cognitive development, manage stress, and even promote happiness! Plus, it can even boost immunity.

HOW IT ALL WORKS!

How Does It Work?

  • Location: Weekly Drum lessons are held in the main music practice room at Colmers High School.

  • Lesson Schedule: Drum lessons are currently scheduled every Tuesday & Thursday, with exact timings to be communicated soon.

​

  • Rotation: Lessons are rotated weekly to ensure students don't miss the same sessions. Timetables are posted outside the music practice room for easy reference.

How Much?

  • 20 Minutes per week: £12 p/w

  • 30 Minutes per week: £18 p/w

  • Students must attend one lesson per week.

How Do Payments Work?

  • Payment Method: To make payments more convenient, we request customers set up a Direct Debit with us, so that we can securely collect payments on agreed due dates.

  • Once you've confirmed you'd like to start drum lessons, you will receive an email asking you to input your payment details. Payments are taken automatically on either the 1st or 15th (your preference) of each month.

How About Absences?

  • Absence: If your child is unable to attend a drum lesson due to illness or any other reason, please inform me promptly before your lesson.

​

  • Failure to notify me of an illness before the child's lesson may result in the inability to refund the missed lesson.

​

  • In case your child forgets their lesson time, I will coordinate with the office to ensure their attendance.

​

  • Half-terms: you won't be charged for half-term holidays.
